Refund Policy (Return & Exchange Policy) 

We want you to love your purchase — but we understand that things happen!

🛍️ Returns:
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

💳 Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

📬 Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.

❗ Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
