Refund Policy (Return & Exchange Policy)
We want you to love your purchase — but we understand that things happen!
🛍️ Returns: You may return an item within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. This 14-day window includes weekends and public holidays.
EU customers: Under the EU right of withdrawal, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason.
🚫 Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, please use your customer account or contact us immediately at contact@cozibubs.com.au.
💳 Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. For EU customers exercising the right of withdrawal, we will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost paid at checkout.
🚚 Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
📬 Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.
❗ Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to start a return or cancellation request:
- Log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/71692484786/account and go to your Orders to submit a request.
- If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.
- Alternatively, email us at contact@cozibubs.com.au with your order number.
