What is your fabric made of?
Scarves: made from a premium yarn blend
Bandanas: made from soft cotton fabric with a touch of stretch for comfort. No yarn in this product.~37% viscose, 28% acrylic, 25% cotton, 10% spandex. Soft, breathable, and durable, perfect for chilly days.
What ages do they fit?
Bandanas: adjustable snaps to fit approx. 0–5 years.
Scarves: toddler-friendly sizing that works from ~6 months up to preschoolers.
Always supervise babies while wearing accessories.
How should I care for my Cozibubs items?
- Cold gentle wash (hand wash or delicate cycle) inside a laundry bag.
- Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or fabric softeners.
- Do not tumble dry. Lay flat in the shade to dry.
- Do not wring.
- Bandanas only: cool iron if needed (avoid snaps/labels).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from Australia using Sendle (100% carbon neutral). We currently serve Australia, New Zealand, the U.S. and Europe. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing: 1–2 business days.
- Australia (metro): ~2–4 business days; regional: ~3–7 business days.
- New Zealand / U.S. / Europe: most orders arrive in 6–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
Note: Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you need a PO Box, please contact us before ordering and we can arrange Australia Post.
What are the shipping costs?
- Australia: flat rate AU$6.90.
- Free AU shipping: orders over AU$60.
- International: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Are the materials safe for babies?
Our products are crafted with baby-friendly fabrics and nickel-free snaps. As with all baby accessories, use under adult supervision and remove during car rides, naps or sleep.
Can I return or exchange?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition/packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or washed items can’t be returned. If there’s a fault, we’ll make it right — please email contact@cozibubs.com.au with your order number and photos.
Do you offer gifts or notes in the order?
Yes! Add a note at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten message on our thank-you card. Prices are never printed inside the parcel.

We accept major cards and popular accelerated checkouts (subject to availability in your region). All payments are processed securely.
